Manufacturing & Quality

A documented path from requirement review to shipment release.

SEFIRE works with Hangzhou Shinepoch Technology Co., Ltd. to configure, assemble, check and prepare fireplace products for export. The workflow below separates internal quality checks from independent certification claims.

Evidence boundary: photographs show the factory building, workshop and product-checking activities available to SEFIRE.

Internal inspection is not described as third-party certification. Certification scope must be checked against the exact model and document.

Workflow

Five control points before dispatch.

01

Requirement review

Product family, dimensions, destination, voltage, controls, quantity, finish and schedule are clarified before quotation.

02

Drawing and sample alignment

Custom work requires an approved configuration or drawing. Samples may be used where a buyer needs functional or visual confirmation.

03

Assembly and component checks

Configuration, visible workmanship, wiring or water-system routing and supplied accessories are checked against order requirements.

04

Functional checks

Applicable functions such as ignition, flame effect, vapor output, controls and basic operating stability are checked before packing.

05

Packing and release

Product protection, accessories, labels, documents and carton or crate requirements are reviewed before shipment release.

Visual Evidence

Factory and product-checking references.

Claim Discipline

What buyers should request as order evidence.

  • Approved model, finish, control package and quantity in the quotation.
  • Current model drawing for installation coordination.
  • Applicable manual and product identification.
  • Requested pre-shipment photos, video or inspection record where agreed.
  • Packaging method and shipping marks appropriate to the order.
  • Exact certificate and model scope when certification is a purchase requirement.

Important distinction: an internal functional check supports release control. It does not prove compliance with every destination-market code or create certification that has not been issued.
