Packing method depends on appliance size, quantity, route and buyer requirements. Use this checklist to make protection, accessories, documents and shipping marks part of the order instead of an afterthought.

Before Production
Agree the release baseline.
- Confirm model, finish, quantity, voltage and control package.
- Identify carton, reinforced carton, plywood crate or other agreed method.
- State pallet, stack, forklift or container-loading constraints.
- Confirm label language, carton marks, barcodes and private-label requirements.
- Agree the pre-shipment evidence expected by the buyer.
Product Protection
Control movement, abrasion and exposed components.
- Protect finished panels, glass, top surfaces, controls and connection points.
- Immobilize the appliance so weight is not transferred to fragile parts.
- Separate loose accessories and prevent them from striking the product.
- Use moisture protection appropriate to the route and storage expectation.
- Check that lifting and orientation marks match the packed product.
Contents and Documents
Make the received package identifiable and complete.
- Verify accessory list, remote, cables, hoses, tools and agreed spare parts.
- Include the applicable manual, product identification and approved labels.
- Match carton quantity and model marks to the packing list.
- Provide agreed photos of product, accessories, inner protection and closed package.
- Record package dimensions and gross/net weight from shipment documentation.
Shipment Release
Final checks before handover.
- Review visible package damage and closure integrity.
- Confirm shipping marks, consignee references and package count.
- Check commercial invoice and packing list consistency.
- Retain agreed inspection or loading evidence.
- Send document copies and handling information to the buyer.
No universal packing claim: “export packing” is not one fixed construction. The exact method must be selected for the product, quantity, shipping route and contract.
