Content Accountability

Who prepares and reviews SEFIRE technical content.

SEFIRE publishes educational guidance for product selection, project coordination, operation, maintenance, sourcing, and export procurement. This page identifies the internal role responsible for each layer and the evidence boundary of that review.

Editorial Responsibility

SEFIRE Editorial Team

The editorial team defines the search intent and audience, organizes the article, checks that claims are attributed to an identifiable source, separates verified product data from general planning guidance, maintains links, and records the review date. It also removes unsupported universal claims and routes technical questions to the appropriate internal reviewer.

The team name identifies an organizational publishing role. It is not presented as an individual professional license, third-party laboratory, code authority, or independent certification body.

Technical Review

SEFIRE Product Engineering Team

This review is used for articles centered on operating principles, product-family data, control logic, fuel or water systems, materials, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and factory-side functional evidence. The reviewer checks the article against available product tables, manuals, drawings, test records, or current internal technical sources relevant to the subject.

Product engineering review does not make a website summary the controlling document for an order. Exact configuration, ratings, included functions, dimensions, and destination evidence must be confirmed in the signed quotation, approved drawing, delivered manual, and nameplate.

Project Review

SEFIRE Project Engineering Team

This review is used for installation, wall construction, finish coordination, service access, hospitality and restaurant workflows, clearances, commissioning, and project-selection guidance. It checks whether the article clearly distinguishes supplier-side information from decisions belonging to the architect, contractor, installer, consultant, facilities team, or local authority.

Project review does not approve a building, installation, material assembly, or jurisdiction. The project team must use the exact product documents and the requirements adopted at the site.

Commercial & Export Review

SEFIRE Export Project Team

This review is used for supplier qualification, OEM/ODM scope, quotations, inspection evidence, packing, shipping, lead-time planning, and landed-cost structure. It checks whether commercial variables are dated, scoped, and presented as inputs to be verified rather than permanent global facts.

Export project review does not provide binding customs classification, tax, freight, legal, or destination-market approval. Buyers should obtain current advice from the responsible broker, carrier, consultant, or authority.

Review Workflow

How a guide moves from draft to reviewed publication.

  1. Define scope. State the audience, decision, product families, and claims the article will and will not answer.
  2. Collect evidence. Use current product records for SEFIRE-specific facts and primary external sources for regulatory, safety, material, or technical context.
  3. Separate evidence levels. Label verified model data, family-level ranges, project guidance, worked examples, and assumptions so they are not presented as equivalent.
  4. Assign subject review. Product Engineering, Project Engineering, or Export Project review is selected according to the article's main decision.
  5. Publish responsibility. The article shows the preparing team, reviewing team, review scope, and last-reviewed date in visible text and structured data.
  6. Correct and re-review. Material corrections update the content, structured data, and review date. Model-specific conflicts are resolved through approved order documents.

Source Rules

What counts as usable support.

SEFIRE product claims

Use an identifiable product table, current technical sheet, approved drawing, manual, test record, or model-specific order document. Do not transfer values between RCFB Regular, RCFB Slim, SEV, Primary, Deluxe, IRVF Indoor Round, Round Outdoor, or manual burner families.

External technical context

Prefer government agencies, standards organizations, legislation, manufacturer manuals, and recognized material producers. A link provides context; it does not certify or endorse a SEFIRE product.

Examples and calculations

Label illustrative values and assumptions. Show the formula and required inputs. Do not make a worked example look like a model specification or a guaranteed operating result.

Project and market variables

State when installation, code, price, tax, freight, fuel, water, labor, or operating conditions depend on location and date. Direct the reader to the responsible local professional or current quotation.

Correction Route

Challenge a statement with the page and evidence.

Email sales@sefireplace.com with the page URL, disputed wording, product model if relevant, and the drawing, manual, label, standard, or other source that supports the correction. The editorial team checks the publication; the assigned subject team checks the underlying evidence; confirmed corrections receive an updated review date.

Controlling-document rule: website content supports discovery and early planning. For an order or installation, the signed quotation, approved project drawing, delivered manual, product nameplate, and applicable local requirements take priority.
