These support selection but may cover options that are not included in a particular order.

Web pages help discovery and early comparison. They have the lowest authority when a more specific approved document exists.
Source Labels
How statements should be interpreted.
Verified model data means values were checked against an identified current internal product dataset or technical document. Project guidance means practical planning advice that still requires confirmation for the exact installation. Catalog capability describes a possible option, not an automatic inclusion in every order.
Website pages do not make universal promises about certification, IP rating, clearances, minimum order quantity, lead time, warranty, platform compatibility or local approval unless the exact scope and source are stated.
Corrections
A visible process for technical corrections.
- Send the page URL, disputed statement and supporting drawing, manual, catalog or product label to sales@sefireplace.com.
- The editorial team checks the published wording and the technical team reviews the product source.
- If correction is required, the page and its review date are updated.
- Project-specific conflicts are resolved through the approved order documents, not by silently changing an unrelated web page.
